About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Group’s AI strategy and transformation roadmap.
Identify, prioritise and deliver high-value AI use cases across clinical, operational and corporate functions.
Lead AI pilots through to scalable implementation and measurable benefits.
Partner with clinicians, operational leaders, technology, data, risk and compliance teams.
Establish practical governance for responsible, secure and effective use of AI.
Evaluate AI technologies, vendors and strategic partnerships.
Drive adoption, change and AI capability across the organisation.
Track business cases, ROI and measurable transformation outcomes.

Location:London
Role Purpose
Lead this private healthcare Group’s AI transformation agenda, identifying and delivering AI opportunities that improve patient experience, clinical effectiveness, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading AI, digital or technology transformation in a complex organisation.
Strong understanding of generative AI and its practical business applications.
Experience delivering transformation from strategy through to implementation and benefits realisation.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work credibly with senior executives and clinical professionals.
Experience in private healthcare or another highly regulated environment desirable.
